ECTA (European Competitive Telecommunications Association)  
Founded in 1998, ECTA defends the interests of new entrants and works to implement a regulatory framework that enables telecoms operators to develop their services in a healthy and efficient competitive environment. 
 
 
EGTA (Association of Television and Radio Sales Houses) 
 
Founded in 1974, EGTA has 122 members in 35 countries. Its members are advertising sales houses that sell space on public and private TV channels and radio stations. 
 
GSMA (GSM Association)

GSMA represents 850 mobile telephony operators in 218 countries around the world. Its members include manufacturers and sector players. The Europe section of GSMA is based in Brussels. Emmanuel Forest has been a member of the Chief Regulatory Officer Group of GSMA since 2013.
